Refund & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. At Pulse Bamboo™, we offer a hassle-free 30-day exchange and return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
All returns or replacements must be authorized and must include a valid Order ID and proof of defect (photos or videos).

- Photo or Video of the Issue
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Return Conditions
We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date of delivery if:
- The product is in its original, unopened packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
If your item has a quality-related issue, we will also cover return shipping costs once confirmed.
If returning for personal reasons unrelated to quality (e.g. no longer needed, ordered wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers:
- Defects in materials upon delivery
- Defects in workmanship under normal household use
- Broken or damaged items received upon arrival
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or not following product instructions
- Damage caused by natural disasters
- Products modified from their original condition
- Damage from commercial use, rental use, or animal-related use
- Damage or defects where repair/replacement exceeds product value
- Requests without a valid order number
- Theft, loss, or misplacement of products
- Any item with an expired warranty
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer and carrier. Pulse Bamboo™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly

Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist.
Unauthorized Returns
If a product is returned without authorization or without all original parts/packaging, Pulse Bamboo™ reserves the right to refuse delivery or refuse the refund.
We do not replace or refund items with an expired warranty.
